OVERVIEW

This website (www.contechnigeria.com) and the ConTech Nigeria conference ("ConTech Nigeria," "we," "us," or "our") are operated by KS Digital Innovations. Throughout this document, "the Service" refers to our website, event registration system, and the ConTech Nigeria conference itself.

By visiting our site, registering for the conference, or purchasing a ticket, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and visitors.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website or attending our event. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website, register for the event, or use any of our Services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website or attendance at future ConTech Nigeria events following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this site or attend the event.

You may not use our website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws applicable in Nigeria or your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service, including cancellation of your event registration without refund.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse registration or service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You understand that content you submit (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks, and may involve changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to the Service, without our express written permission.

Headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 — EVENT REGISTRATION AND TICKETING

Registration for ConTech Nigeria is completed through our online registration form. Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your registration/ticket details.

Payments for tickets and registrations are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Paystack. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service, available at https://paystack.com/terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration information, including your name, email address, phone number, company, and job title, and to promptly update this information if it changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable to another attendee at your organization, provided you notify us in writing at least seven (7) days before the event date. To request a transfer, contact us using the details in Section 19 below.

Event Changes

ConTech Nigeria reserves the right to change speakers, session content, schedule, or venue due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any material changes in advance of the event.

SECTION 4 — ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources.

This site may contain historical information about past editions of ConTech Nigeria, which is provided for reference only and is not necessarily current. We reserve the right to modify site contents at any time without obligation to update prior information.

SECTION 5 — PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING, AND MEDIA CONSENT

By registering for or attending ConTech Nigeria, you acknowledge and consent that the event may be photographed, filmed, live-streamed, or otherwise recorded, and that your image, voice, or likeness may be captured as part of this content.

You grant ConTech Nigeria and KS Digital Innovations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such photographs, recordings, and footage for promotional, marketing, archival, and editorial purposes across our website, social media, and other channels, without further compensation or notice to you.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff on-site, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-shot or ambient event footage.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ConTech Nigeria name, logo, branding, website content, and conference materials are the property of KS Digital Innovations and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Speaker presentations, slides, and session recordings remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers or their organizations unless otherwise agreed. Attendees may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any speaker content without permission from the speaker and ConTech Nigeria.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment processors, email service providers, or analytics platforms) over which we neither monitor nor have full control.

You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools, and you should review the terms of any third-party provider before use.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may include links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of such sites and do not warrant or assume liability for any third-party materials, products, or services.

Complaints, claims, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses above.

We do not guarantee or warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

In no case shall ConTech Nigeria, KS Digital Innovations, or our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConTech Nigeria, KS Digital Innovations, and our officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

SECTION 14 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 15 — TERMINATION

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Service. We may terminate these Terms or deny you access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms.

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination of these Terms.

SECTION 16 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
